SUMMARY:Advocacy Bootcamp Application Deadline
DESCRIPTION:Advocacy Bootcamp is a free training that focuses on building foundational advocacy skills so we can empower our children to lead rich, meaningful, and exciting lives. We welcome applications from primary caregivers of young children (birth to age 10) who have developmental disabilities, chronic illnesses, and/or complex medical needs.\nWe will be convening by Zoom for three hours at a time. Our sessions will be interactive and feature dynamic speakers who are also leaders in their respective areas of expertise.\nThis four-session program will run from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on the following Saturdays, with reading and worksheets to complete outside of these sessions.\n\nSeptember 5, 2020\nSeptember 26, 2020\nOctober 17, 2020\nNovember 7, 2020\n\n
