Join us for a discussion about how to approach making healthcare decisions in partnership with your loved one, no matter their support needs, and an introduction to helpful tools and worksheets to support this process.\nPRESENTERS:\n\nElizabeth Bostic is the parent of a young man with complex medical needs and has served families as a special education advocate for the past 15 years. She has been on the Board of the Arc of Massachusetts, is the past president of the Special Needs Advocacy\nNetwork, Inc., and is currently serving on the Board of the Federation for Children with Special Needs.\nO. Sophia Johansson is raising a child with complex behavioral health needs and communication challenges and has personal experience supporting a loved one with disabilities throughout their end of life care.
