DESCRIPTION:The Director and Assistant Director of DPH’s Division for Children & Youth with Special Health Needs are interested in hearing directly from parents and primary caregivers of medically complex children.\nIn particular there are two questions:\nWhat issues or challenges for children with medical complexity and their families would be important to highlight in the forthcoming report?\nWhat barriers to healthcare do children with medical complexity face in the Commonwealth?\nGiven that we only have 1 ½ hours, it will be critical that people be concise and succinct.\nPlease come prepared to discuss their views on these questions.
